When will I receive an order confirmation?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
Can I cancel my purchase after the order goes through?
You may cancel an order within 1 hour after your order is placed. After that hour the order will be considered confirmed and the manufacturer will begin getting your order ready.
How long is the order processed before it is shipped?
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 3-5 days from the date of your order. Your order will take usually between 12-15 days to arrive.
What do I do if my package arrives damaged?
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@simplyshopsofas.com or text to 818-275-0136 and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Can I get a full refund if I return my order?
If your return is approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business day minus fees and possible shipping charges. See our Shipping and Returns page for more information.
